Our Autumn 2011 blend is composed of 3 different lots of coffee from 3 different origins:
40% Ethiopia Sidamo
30% Nicaragua La Bastilla, El Buey microlot
30% Costa Rica La Pastora Tarrazu
We have designed this espresso blend to prolong the summer sunshine into autumn, so expect brown sugar sweetness with beautiful light, floral and berry citrus notes. When coupled with milk up to 8oz, expect the sweetness to really shine!
