Brazil Daterra Bruzzi

£2.75

Brazil Bruzzi is an excellent example of the fine coffee's Daterra Estate farms produce. Daterra Estate coffee is grown within the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil where the average plantation altitude reaches 3,800ft (1,150m). The temperate climate consisting of good annual rain averages, year round temperatures of 25ºC, dry harvesting seasons and of course the altitude, provides the perfect environment for Arabica coffee to grow.

Daterra Estate plantations are managed by dividing areas into mini farms, subdivided by specific coffee varieties. This micro-management allows the estate to produce, high quality Arabica coffee that is both Rainforest Alliance and UTZ Certified. The Rainforest Alliance organisation ensures that there is and remains to be, a sustainable approach to coffee cultivation whilst engaging farmers to practice fair labour policies, train staff in environmental care and essentially, output quality crops.

The Brazil Daterra Estate Bruzzi is medium-dark roasted giving a nutty, chocolaty cup with virtually no acidity and full, creamy body. An almost flawless cup!
