The CO2 method of decaffeination is used for our Colombia Medellin Excelso; A process that allows the coffee beans to retain as much of their flavour and aroma as possible.
This is a superb coffee suitable for everyday drinking, light in acidity, slightly nutty with a silky smooth flavour.
