Ethiopia Sidamo is a single origin Arabica coffee only grown in the Sidamo Province of Southern Ethiopia. The climate, soil type and altitude which ranges between 1500 and 1800m, allows for this coffee to become an excellent dry-processed coffee. On inspecting the beans, Sidamo coffee more often than not, does not look as if it will posses the aromas and flavours that it does. Do not be deceived by their appearance! The reputation that Ethiopian coffees have for being some of the most floral and wine like coffee in the world, is certainly apparent in this cup.
