Puly Caff Espresso Machine Group Head Cleaning Powder 900g

Puly Caff espresso machine cleaner is a fast dissolving cleaning detergent and back flushing agent for traditional espresso machines with group heads and filter handles. Puly Caff detergents can also be used to great effect on your domestic machines.

Regular back flushing of your equipment is essential to the quality of your espresso drinks and the hygiene of your coffee machine.

It is recommended to use Puly Caff detergent at least once a week to maintain the optimum performance of your machine.

Instructions for use:

1 - Insert the blind filter into the portafilter and add 1 teaspoon (3-5g) of Puly Caff powder.

2 - Insert the portafilter into the group head

3 - Start the brew cycle and run for 10 seconds. Repeat this step up to 5 times or until the effluent turns clear.

4 - Remove the portafilter from the machine group head and rinse on a free running cycle.

5 - Re-insert portafilter into the group head and repeat step 3 as part of the rinsing cycle.

6 - Make and discard an espresso
