PLEASE NOTE We apologise to our overseas customers but our on-line store is set up for UK orders only. If you wish to purchase from outside the UK, please email your requirements to us via the Contact Us page and we will advise you of the cost.

Orders received before 12:00 (Mon - Fri) are normally processed the same day, subject to stock levels. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours, weekends excepted. We make every effort to ensure that all items shown are in stock. If, however, there is a delay or we are unable to despatch your order within 7 working days we will contact you by email with the estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order with a full refund.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or Interparcel with proof of posting certificates retained. We are dependant on the service Royal Mail and Interparcel offer, but expect first class to arrive within 1 - 2 working days and other methods within 3 - 5 days.

Interparcel Courier Service: orders received before 12:00pm will be processed, collected and shipped on the same day. If however, the order requires an extended time period to roast and / or pack items, in some cases, same day collection and next day delivery may not be possible. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched containing a tracking ID and link to Interparcel's tracking website.

You have a right under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to cancel the contract for purchase within seven working days of delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the postage on returned items unless the product is found to be faulty or it was not ordered. We suggest you use a delivery method which requires signature on receipt.

Returns Policy

Returned goods must be undamaged and unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered, including all packaging. We regret that we are unable to accept returns on food products if the packaging has been opened or tampered with in any way unless the product is of unsatisfactory quality.

When returning goods please include your name and address, invoice number, date goods received and the reason for the return. We will refund any payments as quickly as we can but certainly within 30 days. If the product is found to be faulty or one which you did not order we will refund in full, including any postage costs which you incurred in returning it to us.
