Sulawesi Kalosi coffee originates on the island of Sulawesi nestled amongst the Indonesia archipelago of islands (between Borneo and Irian Jaya). The best quality of these rare coffees from Sulawesi are grown and processed in an area called Torajaland, near the town of Rantepao. Here, the Toraja people use traditional methods of cultivating their cooperatively grown coffee, aspects of which shows itself in the cup profile.
Our Sulawesi Kalosi coffee has a complex flavour profile; rich and full bodied, well balanced acidity and prominent sweet, aged, herbal notes.
