Ti Kuan Yin Top Fancy Oolong

Ti Kuan Yin Tea, also known as “Iron Goddess of Mercy”, is considered part of the Ooolong Tea family. Traditionally grown in Anxi County, Fujian province, China Ti Kuan Yin comes from a unique variety of the tea plant Camellia Sinensis and is a loosely rolled semi fermented leaf tea.  This particular Ti Kuan Yin tea has a dark jade appearance that brews a sweetly fragrant, silky textured and mellow cup.
