Our Winter 2011 blend is composed of 3 different lots of coffee from 3 different origins:

50% Sumatra Lintong

40% Costa Rica La Pastora Tarrazu

20% Brazil Santa Colomba, Daterra Estate [Dark Roast]

This espresso blend has been designed to add a little spice to the damp winter days. So, expect to find sweet berry citrus notes from the La Pastora Tarrazu, mid-tones of cinnamon, spice and pepper from the Lintong and completed by dark chocolate and marzipan from the Daterra Santa Colomba.
