Xian Ming is a great Fujian Province Chinese green tea. In Chinese it means “Fragrant”. The tea has a long and twisted leaf, dark green in colour and a high proportion of young, downy buds. Expect a light and bright liquor that has floral, fragrant and complex notes.  Enjoy.
