Royal Mail is seeing an increased demand on their services and we are expecting parcels to be delayed. Please be patient, but get in touch if you have any questions regarding your order.

Order Processing

All our mail is being sent by Royal Mail standard business services RM24 and RM48. There will now be a daily order processing cut off at 15:00. Orders received before 15:00 will be processed for shipping on the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the following day. Free Shipping will use Royal Mail’s 48 hour delivery service.

Katie and I are working hard to keep our business 100% operational through these challenging and uncertain times.

I am still roasting weekly and both our staff have now returned to work. The roastery is operating under strict, enhanced hygiene measures as set out by the Government.

We have applied a Free Shipping threshold of £20 to all our orders placed online but you are still able to select other paid delivery services, if you wish. The carrier will be Royal Mail and we will be using their business 48 postage service.

  1. Hi James. Your key worker role is vitally important to keep us supplied with freshly roasted beans. Do not want to resort to purchasing out of date coffee beans from supermarkets!!! On a serious note, assume as you are operating as normal, you will be at Beverley market on Saturdays? As I understand, the market is open for food only. Thanks, must get back to work duties now.

      I hope all is well? Unfortunately, the market is cancelled for the foreseeable future. There is talk of putting together a food only delivery service curated by East Riding council. However, this is not yet up and running. I’ll use this daily update blog post to inform people of when the market will be reopened for business, or when the delivery service gets off the ground.

      Until we’re back to ‘normal’ operation, it’s online only. But at least we have that!
