COVID-19

Lockdown 3

The roastery is fully operational and will remain so throughout the UK’s third lockdown. We will be open for collections at the roastery, available online 24/7 and attending Beverley’s Saturday market.

OPERATIONAL UPDATE

Please note that the Royal Mail is under increased pressure during COVID-19 and therefore your parcel may take a little longer than expected to arrive. In some cases up to 10 working days beyond their advertised delivery times.

We are using Royal Mail 48 (2 – 5 working days) service for all orders that take advantage of Free Shipping.

Should you wish to receive your order faster, please choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Local as well as opting to collect in store.

In order to accommodate the increase cost of tracked postal services, we have regrettably needed to raise the free shipping threshold to £25.

All orders received before 09:00 will be shipped on the same day. Any orders that arrive after 09:00 will ship the following day.

If you have not received your parcel within 14 working days of the dispatch date, please contact us so we can address and rectify the situation.

COVID-19 General Policies

We want to keep you up to date with our most recent business plans surrounding COVID-19 and its impact on our operation. We will be using this page to post the most current information we have and will update it regularly as information and procedures change in the coming weeks.

Katie and I are working hard to keep our business 100% operational through these challenging and uncertain times.

I am still roasting weekly and both our staff have now returned to work. The roastery is operating under strict, enhanced hygiene measures as set out by the Government.

We have applied a Free Shipping threshold of £25 to all our orders placed online but you are still able to select other paid delivery services, if you wish. The carrier will be Royal Mail and we will be using their business 48 hour postage service.

There may be lengthy delays in the Royal Mail network. For the most up-to-date information, please follow the links below:
