PLEASE NOTE We apologise to our overseas customers but our on-line store is set up for UK orders only at this time. If you wish to purchase from outside the UK, please email your requirements to us via the Contact page and we will advise you of the cost.

All of our coffee is roasted to order. We currently roast on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday  and dispatch on Tuesday and Friday. Orders will need to be placed by midnight the day before roasting. Orders placed after 12am will ship on the next roast day. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Second Class, Royal Mail Standard Parcels or DPD Local with proof of posting certificates retained. We are dependant on the service Royal Mail and Interparcel offer, but expect first class to arrive within 1 – 2 working days and other methods within 1 – 5 days.

DPD Local Courier Service: A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched. DPD Local will provide you with an email and text service to notify you when your parcel will be delivered.

Our shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of your basket.

You have a right under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to cancel the contract for purchase within seven working days of delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the postage on returned items unless the product is found to be faulty or it was not ordered. We suggest you use a delivery method which requires signature on receipt.

Returns Policy

Returned goods must be undamaged and unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered, including all packaging. We regret that we are unable to accept returns on food products if the packaging has been opened or tampered with in any way unless the product is of unsatisfactory quality.

When returning goods please include your name and address, invoice number, date goods received and the reason for the return. We will refund any payments as quickly as we can but certainly within 30 days. If the product is found to be faulty or one which you did not order we will refund in full, including any postage costs which you incurred in returning it to us.
