We currently roast on Monday, Tuesday. We believe our coffee tastes best at least 7 days from roast date. To ensure that we display our coffee at its best, orders will be dispatched using stock roasted within a maximum of 7 days prior to the order being placed. Please refer to our Roast Policy for full details. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48 including the option of Royal Mail Tracked or DPD Local with proof of posting certificates retained. We are dependant on the service Royal Mail and DPD offer, but expect 24 to arrive within 1 – 2 working days and other methods within 1 – 5 days.
DPD Local Courier Service: A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched. DPD Local will provide you with an email and text service to notify you when your parcel will be delivered.
We use Royal Mail 48 (2 – 5 working days) service for all orders that take advantage of Free Shipping (orders over £25).
Our shipping costs are calculated by the weight and dimensions of your basket contents.
You have a right under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to cancel the contract for purchase within seven working days of delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the postage on returned items unless the product is found to be faulty or it was not ordered. We suggest you use a delivery method which requires signature on receipt.
If you have not received your parcel within 14 working days of the dispatch date, please contact us so we can address and rectify the situation.
Returned goods must be undamaged and unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered, including all packaging. We regret that we are unable to accept returns on food products if the packaging has been opened or tampered with in any way unless the product is of unsatisfactory quality.
When returning goods please include your name and address, invoice number, date goods received and the reason for the return. We will refund any payments as quickly as we can but certainly within 30 days. If the product is found to be faulty or one which you did not order we will refund in full, including any postage costs which you incurred in returning it to us.
