La Trinidad is part of a Community Coffee project by Coopetarrazu. This is a concept whereby special lots of coffee are prepared with full traceability from the coffee farm to the mill and out for export. The initiative also promotes special project in the communities which focus on sustainable development – socio-cultural, ecological and economic.
With the focus on quality, La Trinidad displays classic characteristics of coffees from this region of the world. Moreover, with cooperative traceability, we can now cup differences between each community of producers. The result is a fine cup of classic Tarrazu region coffee from Costa Rica.
